Apply today and grow your future with SeoulSpice!Your Role at SeoulSpiceAs General Manager, you lead the restaurant with pride, owning daily operations and setting the standard for excellence across every guest and team experience. You are responsible for food quality, speed of service, and accuracy, while building a strong team through hiring, coaching, and holding others accountable to SeoulSpice's highest brand standards.You'll work closely with the Shift Leaders and Kitchen Leader to set clear expectations, solve problems, and keep the restaurant running smoothly. This position requires availability based on the restaurant's needs, which may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Restaurant management is active and hands-on. General Managers must be able to perform the essential duties of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.
