This contract position welcomes a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) ready to provide essential behavioral consultation and intervention support in a supportive and collaborative school setting for the remainder of the 2025/2026 academic year.
Enjoy a flexible, part-time schedule—working two days per week, Monday through Friday, as fits your availability. You’ll partner closely with dedicated staff, focusing primarily on elementary (grades 2–5) and some middle school students. With a caseload of approximately 29 students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), you will use your expertise to influence positive student outcomes and empower staff with effective behavioral solutions.
Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- BCBA certification required
- Strongly preferred: Experience working in public schools
- Demonstrated skill in supporting students with behavioral needs and implementing intervention strategies
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Creativity and compassion when working with diverse student populations
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver behavioral consultation services to staff and students
- Update and help implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to classroom teams
- Collaborate with special education staff and administration to maximize student success
