This position is ideal for an accounting professional who thrives in a high-volume environment and is comfortable managing both manual and digital invoice processing. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting daily accounts payable operations, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.ResponsibilitiesProcess high volumes of vendor invoices through both manual and electronic workflowsMatch purchase orders, receipts, and invoices while ensuring proper coding and approvalsManage invoice entry and payment processing in accordance with company policiesServe as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, payment issues, and account discrepanciesReview AP aging reports and vendor statements to identify outstanding items and resolve discrepanciesAssist with month-end close activities, including accrual calculations and reportingGenerate reports and provide analytical support to leadership regarding AP activity and trendsMaintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely processing of transactionsSupport general administrative and office-related responsibilities as neededQualificationsRequired:3+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environmentExperience processing both manual and electronically submitted invoicesStrong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailKnowledge of accounts payable processes and basic accounting principlesStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to build positive vendor relationshipsProficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting softwarePreferred:Experience reviewing AP aging reports and vendor reconciliationsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced settingExperience supporting month-end close activities and accrual reportingWhy Join This Opportunity?Stable onsite accounting position with a growing organizationCompetitive hourly payOpportunity to leverage both technical AP skills and analytical abilitiesCollaborative team environment with direct interaction across multiple business locationsPay Details: $26.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401(k) plan.
