Membership Sales Associate

What we do:

Call 15-25 leads to schedule first visits
Set-up the guest's sauna experience
Welcome each guest by name
Ensure they know how to properly use all sauna/tv features
Promote the benefits of IR Saunas
Communicate the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
Maintain clean facility and studio appearance
Assist with turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
Contribute daily to studio sales metrics (membership conversion)
Assist new guest in finding the right membership for them (sales)

Shift:

6-7 hours per shift
Must be available for a Sunday or a Saturday shift
Closing shifts start at 2:30-3pm
