Position Description: Start Date: As soon as possible (THREE POSITIONS - ONE FOR EACH LOCATION). End Date: June 30, 2022 (possible extension) Schedule: The 3 employees are to inspect assigned buildings (classrooms, offices, labs, restrooms, common areas, lobbies, hallways, interior stairs, and elevators). • Remove trash where needed. • Organize classroom furniture. Clean tabletops. • Inspect restrooms; clean and stock. • Vacuum carpets, sweep & spot mop where needed. 1 employee = Washington campus, 108 N. 40th St. Phoenix, AZ 85034 Work Schedule = Monday - Friday, 8pm - 4:30am • CH (1st and 2nd floors) • IE (1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors) • CEI • Child Care • Central Plant 1 employee = Washington campus, 108 N. 40th St. Phoenix, AZ 85034 Work Schedule = Monday - Friday, 8pm - 4:30am • MA (1st and 2nd floors) • AF (1st and 2nd floors) • SO • Automotive • College Police 1 employee = Central City campus, 1245 E. Buckeye Rd. Phoenix, AZ 85034 Work Schedule = Monday - Friday, 6pm-2:30am • Building A • Building B Skills and Experience required: 1. Experience working with industrial cleaning methods and chemicals 2. Experience operating custodial equipment Education Required: High School Diploma or GED Additional Information: Essential Duties 40% - Sweep; mop; strip and wax floors. Vacuum and clean carpets. Clean white boards; dust and polish furniture 20% - Clean and maintain restrooms 20% - Arrange furniture and equipment for events 10% - Empty and clean trash and recycle receptacles. 10% - Perform minor maintenance tasks and report repairs that are needed
