An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Buffalo, NY area for an individual with 3+ years’ experience as a Parts Manager with a background preferably in a commercial heavy – duty truck dealership and service center . This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, Short/Long Term Disability, Life insurance, PTO and other outstanding perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

·        Leading all aspects of the Parts Department, ensuring compliance with DTNA requirements , AORA standards , vendor agreements , and Elite Dealer processes is PREFERRED

·        Driving parts sales growth , profitability , inventory control , and customer support initiatives through effective operational management and strategic business development is PREFERRED

·        Collaborating with dealership leadership to optimize departmental performance , enhance customer satisfaction , and support overall dealership objectives is PREFERRED

·        Leveraging CDK training, user groups , and industry best practices to drive continuous process improvement , operational efficiency , and dealership performance is PREFERRED

·        Utilizing CDK reporting and analytics to monitor departmental performance , ensure process consistency , and identify opportunities for improvement and growth is PREFERRED

·        Leading all Parts Department personnel functions, including staffing , scheduling , recruitment , training , performance management , policy compliance , and team development , while ensuring productivity , operational efficiency , and exceptional customer support is PREFERRED

Salary : $88K - 115K per year

An outstanding full-time opening has become available for a Diesel Mechanic in the Buffalo, NY area . This opportunity is ideal for a technician with a CDL background, who is familiar with truck engines, drive trains, and electrical components , and has performed both customer and warranty repairs on diesel vehicles . This position earns a lucrative base salary and benefits including profit sharing of up to 8%, a 401K plan, PTO, health insurance, and other outstanding perks.

Salary : $30-45 per hour

Responsibilities

·        Troubleshoot, repair, rebuild and/or test Heavy Diesel vehicles 

·        Communicate directly with customers / drivers to resolve issues and plan repairs

·         Determine parts required for repairs 

·         Keep accurate records related to repairs, rebuilds, and testing of truck fleets

·        Performs preventative maintenance on equipment 

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration:

• 3+ years of Heavy Truck / Diesel Maintenance experience is PREFERRED .
• CDL background is PREFERRED .
• Familiarity working on vehicles Class 6-8 is a MUST.
• DTNA Certification(s) are REQUIRED or the openness to obtain certification through company paid training
• Previous experience with Detroit Diesel , Allision and Cummins is a BIG PLUS
