Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $50,000-$150,000

We are offering a sign on bonus of up to $10,000 for qualified technicians!

Basil Ford Walden is part of the trusted Basil Family of Dealerships, known for quality service, strong leadership, and a commitment to employee success. Our service department supports a growing base of diesel customers, including Super Duty trucks and commercial vehicles. We are expanding and are looking to add Commercial Truck Technicians to join our growing service team!

This position focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial trucks and fleet vehicles to manufacturer and dealership standards.

What you'll do:

Diagnose and repair commercial trucks and fleet vehicles
Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and routine services
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues
Complete repairs accurately and efficiently following manufacturer and dealership standards
Document work performed and communicate findings with service advisors
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements

What we're looking for:

Previous experience as a commercial or diesel technician preferred
Ford or ASE certifications a plus (or willingness to obtain)
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license required
