Human Resources ManagerFriends Hospital is the nation's oldest private psychiatric hospital, located on a beautiful 100-acre campus in Philadelphia, PA. Friends Hospital offers a continuum of care including level of care assessments; specially designed inpatient units for adolescents, adults, and older adults; and a private residential rehabilitation program. Friends Hospital is easily accessed via public transportation and has free, safe, on-site parking.The Human Resources Manager (HRM) serves as a key member of the Human Resources Department. The HRM with The HR Director serves the dual role of employee advocate and management liaison with employees. The HRM must be resourceful and flexible to meet the ever-changing needs of the Hospital. The HRM is responsible for HR functions that include but are not limited to: employment process, recruiting for vacant positions, orientation, training, compensation, and other employee services. The HRM also manages the HR staff with supervision of the HRD. The HRM with The HR Director functions as a consultant with Hospital management for helping with employee relations matters.
