Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greets and directs clients and visitors
• Answers, screens, and transfers inbound phone calls, including backing up our business development team
• Performs general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, scanning, and filing
• Receives and picks up incoming mail and shipments, sorts, and distributes to the appropriate individuals. Collects and coordinates outgoing mail and shipments.
• Coordinates and monitors mail equipment for agencies and works with postage vendor/sales representative
• Orders office supplies
• Fulfills other duties as assigned

Requirements Include:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Possess the ability to perform work in a dependable, consistent, and timely manner.
• Demonstrates the ability to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and solicits feedback to improve performance
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Office/administrative experience is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. (Details are important.)
• Must be independent and self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
