About the Role
Manhattan Promotions is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and people-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Customer Service and Sales Representative. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and creating positive customer experiences in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
No previous experience is required! We provide hands-on training, ongoing support, and opportunities to develop valuable communication, customer service, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
- Answer questions, share information, and help customers understand available products and services.
- Build positive relationships through effective communication and active listening.
- Represent partner brands professionally at promotional events and campaigns.
- Help coordinate daily activities and support the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and maintain high service standards.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development activities.
