Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Defense Attorney to join our team in Oklahoma City. This role is ideal for an experienced litigator looking to handle a diverse insurance defense caseload in a highly respected and collaborative environment.

Job Description

• Manage a broad insurance defense docket including general liability, premises liability, and construction cases
• Handle all aspects of litigation from initial case assessment through trial preparation or resolution
• Draft and argue motions, prepare discovery, take depositions, and appear in court
• Provide strategic counsel to clients while ensuring efficient case management
• Collaborate with partners and associates in a supportive team setting

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active Oklahoma bar license in good standing
• 4+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation preferred
• Strong advocacy, writing, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to handle cases independently
