Purchasing Associate

Assist the Purchasing Manager with purchasing processes and inventory management to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities Conduct warehouse inventory counts, compare with ERP, and report discrepancies/risks. Receive and unload inbound materials, verify quantities, record in ERP, and store properly. Supply raw materials to production per requests; cross-check and update ERP transfers. Monitor stock levels, place purchase orders, and track deliveries for materials and subparts. Supervise and train subordinate worker; ensure clear communication and task completion. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse with proper storage systems. Support Purchasing Manager in sourcing suppliers, cost-saving opportunities, and coordination with other departments. Perform and record daily forklift maintenance checks. Qualifications Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Proficient in Excel, ERP/SAP preferred. Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Forklift certified (or willing to be trained). Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred. Experience in warehouse, inventory, or manufacturing environments preferred. Must comply with PPE and OSHA requirements. Education/Experience Bachelor's in business, economics, engineering, or supply chain preferred; or high school with 2–3 years relevant experience.
