The Role

• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Understand patients' challenges and create personalized therapy strategies to help them meet their functional objectives.

• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, integrated care.
• Guide Patients and Caregivers: Provide education to patients and their families on therapy practices to facilitate continued advancement at home.
• Track and Evaluate Progress: Monitor clinical developments and adapt treatment approaches as necessary to ensure patients remain on their path to recovery.

Education Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
