This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative marketing environment.Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupport daily marketing activities and projects.Coordinate project timelines and schedules.Assist with creating and organizing marketing materials.Help distribute promotional communications to Sales teams.Coordinate meetings, samples, and project requests.Support trade shows and company events.Maintain marketing files and project documentation.Assist with presentations and reports.Work closely with multiple departments to keep projects moving.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.Recent graduate or up to 2 years of marketing, administrative, or project coordination experience.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Dependable and team oriented.What We're Looking ForFriendly, energetic personalityStrong work ethicExcellent communication skillsHighly organizedWillingness to learn new skillsCollaborative team playerComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentTakes initiative and enjoys solving problemsBilingual (English/Spanish) Candidates PreferredBakeMark is not accepting unsolicited assistance from search firms for this employment opportunity.
