Position SummaryHeyGen is growing fast, and our growth marketing engine needs to keep pace. We're looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to serve as the execution right hand to our growth lead — someone who can take strategy and turn it into live, optimized campaigns across paid channels, affiliate, and influencer programs.Our Growth Marketing Specialist will thrive in the weeds: launching campaigns, pulling keyword reports, adjusting bids, standing up A/B tests, and constantly looking for the next channel or angle to test. You'll work across Google, Meta, YouTube, Apple Search Ads, and emerging channels - we are constantly expanding. If you love the combination of analytical rigor and creative experimentation that defines great growth marketing, this role is for you.This role is based in Los Angeles or San Francisco.Core ResponsibilitiesPaid campaign execution & reporting: Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax), Meta/Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channels (Reddit, ChatGPT, Apple Search Ads). Monitor performance daily and keep reporting on spend, CAC, and efficiency metrics.Keyword research & bid management: Conduct ongoing keyword research, manage bid strategies, and adjust budgets based on performanceTesting & experimentation: Set up and run A/B tests and structured experiments across dimensions such as copy, messaging, creative, geo-targeting, incrementality, and audienceInfluencer program support: Help manage day-to-day influencer operations — sourcing/managing relationships with micro-influencers, partner comms, performance monitoring, activation, invoicingAgency & vendor management: Own day-to-day relationships with external agencies and vendors across podcast, creative, UGC, and affiliate channels — managing deliverables, timelines, and performance accountabilityCreative performance analysis: Partner with in-house creative and agency teams to analyze what's working across ad creative, identify top performers, and feed data-driven insights back into future creative iterationsRequirements3 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or paid acquisition — internships and agency experience countProficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager; bonus if you've also worked in TikTok, YouTube, or other platformsComfortable pulling keyword reports, adjusting bids, and managing budgets day-to-dayAnalytical and detail-oriented — you catch the typo in the ad copy, the misallocated budget, and the anomaly in yesterday's spendSelf-starter who can move fast with minimal hand-holding in a high-autonomy environmentNice to HavesExperience managing affiliate programs (Rewardful preferred)Familiarity with mobile attribution and analytics tools, particularly AppsFlyer and Google Analytics 4Exposure to app install campaigns and Apple Search AdsBackground in AI, video, or creative tools spaceSalary Range:$110,000 – $150,000 annual base salaryTotal compensation includes cash compensation, equity, and benefits.Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
