Responsibilities for Marketing Specialist include but are not limited to:

· Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, including promotion plans across digital, social, media, and event channels.

· Manage cross-functional stakeholders, agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure successful campaign execution.

· Analyze campaign performance, audience insights, and ROI metrics (pipeline, revenue, MQLs, cost per lead) to optimize results.

· Lead media planning, social media marketing, influencer programs, and content strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

· Plan and manage virtual and in-person events, sponsorships, vendor negotiations, and customer experiences from start to finish.

Candidates for Marketing Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· Strong experience in marketing campaign management, media planning, and demand generation/growth marketing.

· Hands-on experience with social media, influencer marketing, SEO, and content marketing.

· Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills with the ability to handle multiple large-scale initiatives.

· Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance, ROI, and working with CRM/reporting tools.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor/agency management experience.

· Pay: $81/hr. (114.15/hr.)

· Shift: Hybrid work: Tues-Thurs in the office. Monday & Friday remote

Pay Details: $114.15 per hour
