Licensed Optician

What You’ll Be Working On
Assist patients in selecting the perfect frame, as well as properly fit patients for eyewear, perform adjustments and minor repair
Excellent communication and relationships with clients, deliver top-notch service
Clean, stock, and maintain inventory in the optical shop
Inspect finished and unfinished work for accuracy
Fabricating eyewear in our finishing lab
Review and look up out of network insurance benefits for clients
Reaching optical benchmarks and goals
Review and prepare patient’s billing information
Comply with all company policies and procedures including HIPAA
Qualifications
Licensed Optician required
ABO/NCLE certification required
Previous sales experience required
Optical finishing lab experience is a PLUS!
Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and have strong organization skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated compassion for patients
Ability to collaborate and work within a team environment
Promote and foster a positive work environment
