Who We Look For As a Product Manager on the AI vertical, you will build and expand AI tools across Wealth Management, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions that enhance client and advisor relationships. How You Will Fulfill Your Potential Demonstrate deep understanding of PWM business goals and partner closely to drive GS AI – Wealth product requirements. Develop product strategy and roadmap in partnership with engineering, design, operations, and program management. Leverage data, user feedback, and AI trends to inform roadmap and prioritization. Write user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for engineering development. Coordinate with stakeholders—including business, legal, compliance, and vendors—to align product outcomes. Break down complex initiatives, manage dependencies, and define clear next steps. Monitor user feedback, competitive best‑practice, and emerging AI trends to identify opportunities. Engage partner vendors to address product needs. Build business cases, assess feasibility, and guide feature sequencing. Continuously experiment and learn by testing new AI models, prompting strategies, and workflows. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required. 7+ years of product management experience in financial services, ideally Wealth Management. Experience building, launching, or scaling AI platforms or AI‑powered tools. High technical comfort with AI tools, structured workflows, testing models, and prompt design. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Attention to detail, accountability, and teamwork. Adaptability and ability to meet short deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Salary Range The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States‑based position is $160,000–$270,000. Eligible employees may also receive a discretionary bonus.
