As our next Outside Sales Rep, you'll be out in the field every day, connecting with customers, solving equipment challenges, and growing a book of business that's truly your own.What you can earn:Typical outside sales reps at Rexco average a total comp of $120K/year - but this is a commission-influenced role with no ceiling. Driven competitors have earned $400K+. That means staying in touch (16+ calls/text/day) and getting face-to-face with customers (4+ meetings/day), understanding their equipment needs through a real discovery process, and managing the full sales cycle - from trade evaluations and quotes through financing and delivery. You'll log everything in our CRM, stay sharp on market trends and competitor activity, and consistently build the kind of loyalty that keeps customers coming back.This isn't an inside role. Expect to have boots on the ground, out with your customers 80% of the time.What we're looking for:A self-starter who thrives on activity, accountability, and closingSomeone who solves problems creatively and handles objections without flinchingConstruction industry or equipment knowledge is a definite plus - but not requiredSales experience appreciated; the right attitude matters moreComfortable with Microsoft Office and quick to adopt CRM toolsValid driver's licenseA little about Rexco:We provide equipment solutions to the people who build and maintain our communities.
