Field Support Services, Associate

Field Support Services – Associate KBR’s National Security Solutions team provides high‑end engineering and advanced technology solutions to customers in intelligence and national security communities. In this position, your work will significantly protect the nation. Responsibilities Provide expert and second‑tier technical support to field engineers and technicians. Give technical advice on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement of technical products, programs, and systems. Test, train, and field support customers on technical aspects of designated systems and services. Resolve technical problems, troubleshoot products, modify products to meet customer requirements. Maintain network stability through advanced troubleshooting, incident resolution, and proactive maintenance to maximize availability and mean time to repair. Provide training to customers; frequent travel and onsite work at customer sites required. Partner with developers and engineers to reduce recurring incidents and answer questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization, and usage of designated systems and services. Work Environment Location: On‑Site – 8300 Professional Place, Landover, MD. Travel: Up to 50% (CONUS and OCONUS). Hours: Willingness to work outside normal hours. Remote work not available. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with no years of experience required, or Master’s degree with no years of experience required, or High School Diploma/GED plus 4+ years of relevant experience. Active TS/SCI security clearance required. Knowledge of designated systems. Compensation Base: $76,700 - $115,000 (Maryland only). Compensation based on knowledge, skills, and internal parity. Additional Compensation KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other compensation for certain roles.
