The selected candidate will learn how to develop, execute, and maintain a comprehensive security program in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. You must have excellent interpersonal, communication, computer, writing skills, and professional image. Refined teaming skills and understanding of team concepts as well as the ability to multi- task is required. You will be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision. You must be detail oriented and be able to follow through when completing tasks. What You Will Do Processing a high volume of Program Access Requests (PARs) Management of the program personnel database Provide security guidance regarding program operations Conduct briefings and debriefings Conduct administrative tasks to include parcel checks, alarm testing, visit certifications, and track reporting of foreign travel and adverse information to Government customers Assist with implementing Security Education and Media Control Plan Develop a full understanding of 5220.22-M NISPOM, 5205.07 DoD Manual, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), and related Industrial Security Guidance Manuals or Special Program Security directives Support COMSEC tasks Participate in a team environment to develop, update, and implement security policies and procedures in coordination with the company policies and government regulations Supporting Government Inspections and program self-inspections Plan, schedule, and arrange activities in accomplishing objectives Work extended hours, in a fast paced, deadline driven environment Travel on company business Display tact, discretion and diplomacy in dealing with all levels of Raytheon employees Able to obtain and maintain all access as required by the programs. Qualifications You Must Have Experience with all Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field. The salary range for this role is 75,800 USD - 144,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
