Financial Analyst

Beacon Hill Financial is partnering with a growing defense/government contractor seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering strong long-term potential for someone with experience in program finance, FP&A, government contracting, and proposal pricing. Pay up to $40/hr. | Contract-to-Hire Key Responsibilities Build budgets, forecasts, and financial models Analyze direct, indirect, labor, material, and subcontractor costs Develop and review Basis of Estimate (BOE) documentation Partner with Program Management, Contracts, Accounting, and Business Development Support DCAA/DCMA audits and incurred cost reporting Monitor program financial performance, risks, and opportunities Generate financial reports, forecasts, and variance analysis Requirements Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field 5+ years of Program Finance, FP&A, or Government Contracting experience Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling skills Advanced Excel skills Experience supporting DCAA/DCMA audits preferred U.S. Person status required under ITAR Regulations Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
