You will be responsible for financial reporting, forecasting, planning and analysis related to the R&D and Sales organizations. A critical component of this position is to transform financial data into information of value to the Company's financial and decision-making processes. This position will be a business partner with our Chief Technology & Product Officer, and Chief Sales Officer and their Leadership teams.Responsibilities:Provide business leaders with analytics; key drivers and recommendations on improving financial performance and as an early warning of impending problemsAd hoc financial modeling and analysis to support revenue and cost scenariosProvide insight on business operations by developing monthly forecast, annual budgets and long range plansEvaluate monthly, quarterly and annual comparative operating results and forecasts and prepare comprehensive reporting package and presentations to be provided to business leadersSupport the preparation of departmental budgets, provide feedback to department leaders on variances and recommend actions to control spend within budgetComplete month and year-end closing activities including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations and audit schedulesPlan, lead and organize projects within the finance group and across the organizationResearch and respond to internal and external questions providing appropriate resolution in a timely, accurate and professional mannerBasic Qualifications:BA/BS in Accounting or FinanceMinimum 3 years of Accounting or Finance ExperienceAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel & PowerPoint) and ERP experience (preferably Oracle)Hands-on working knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processesMust be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for the USPreferred Qualifications:SAP Business Objects experiencePlanful Analytics System experienceSolid accounting/GAAP knowledge; emphasis on project accounting & revenue recognition rulesExcellent Communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organizationStrong initiative and follow-through with ability to manage multiple projectsAbility to complete projects timely and accuratelyMust be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skillsAbility to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environmentAt Entrust, we don't just offer jobs – we offer career journeys. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company's discretionary annual incentive plan.
