Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Spring Hill Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. We are offering a $2000 sign-up bonus for this full-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania
