Senior Director Vendor Relations

AHCA/NCAL is seeking a Senior Director of Vendor Relations to improves lives by delivering solutions for quality care by delivering annually $2.5+ million in gross non-dues revenue to the association via advertising, sponsorship, tradeshow exhibits, and associate business membership sales. This role supports leadership to create and foster a team culture to exceed non-dues revenue budgets.

Qualifications & Skills:

College degree in marketing, communications, or business. Sales experience and account management.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Deliver annually $2.5M+ in gross non-dues revenue through advertising, sponsorship, tradeshow exhibits, and associate business membership sales. Manage the fulfillment of association contract commitments with assigned vendor partners. Responsible for submitting contracts and collection of payment from vendor partners to meet deadlines. Individual sales goals will be determined annually.
• Provider Magazine -- Responsible for generating annual advertising sales for Provider magazine. Assess market demand, develop new income generating products, build consensus among stakeholder groups, implementation, marketing, sales, and fulfillment.
• Sponsorship -- Sell and service new and existing sponsorship access programs to long term care suppliers.
• Associate Business Member Program – Responsible for generating annual supplier Associate Business memberships and servicing assigned vendor accounts. Identify new membership benefits to continuously enhance the value of membership.
• Exhibits – Responsible for generating exhibit sales for the annual convention.
• Sales Growth and Strategies – The Senior Director is responsible for managing assigned vendor accounts, in addition to committing to a targeted level of new account growth.
• Establishes and maintains excellent relations with all assigned vendor partner accounts. Conducts in-person meetings as required.
