Mortgage Loan Processor

Detail-driven and experienced, the full-time Arizona Licensed Mortgage Processor will manage complex residential loan files from contract through closing in a remote setting, ensuring compliance and efficient processing while collaborating with Loan Originators, Underwriters, and Closers. Key responsibilities Review and process new loan files, ensuring compliance and timely documentation requests Manage a pipeline of 20+ loans, calculating and analyzing income for various borrower types in accordance with guidelines Prepare loan files for underwriting submission and ensure all required closing documentation is obtained and reviewed promptly Required qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 10+ years of experience processing residential mortgage loans, including FHA, VA, and USDA loans Proficiency with a mortgage loan origination system; experience with Encompass preferred Extensive experience navigating multiple investor guidelines Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines efficiently
