Job Title: WMS Analyst/Manager

Location: Parsippany , NJ(Onsite)

Duration: 6 Month C2H

Client is seeking a hands-on ERP Manager to support, optimize and manage its logistics technology environment. Despite the Manager title, this is primarily a technical systems role-not a people-management position.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems and Transportation Management Systems. Softeon is strongly preferred, but candidates with Manhattan, Blue Yonder, HighJump/K rber or other major WMS platforms will be considered. Midea currently uses Softeon, Shipwell and Gnosis.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary systems partner for warehouse operations, transportation, shipping, receiving, inventory movement, carrier integrations and order fulfillment.
• Provide hands-on WMS and TMS configuration, application support, troubleshooting, enhancements and system maintenance.
• Analyze logistics requirements and translate them into functional specifications, system configurations and technical change requests.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis and coordinate resolutions with internal IT teams and vendors.
• Support integrations between ERP, WMS, TMS, EDI platforms, carrier systems, third-party logistics providers and reporting tools.
• Partner with warehouse, transportation, supply chain, finance, customer service and external vendors to improve end-to-end logistics processes.
• Lead or support new warehouse implementations, system integrations, automation initiatives, upgrades and process-standardization projects.
• Create and maintain process documentation, system configurations, functional specifications, test scripts, training materials and support procedures.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression testing, user training, go-live and post-production support.
• Monitor system performance, transaction flows, data accuracy and process compliance.
• Balance daily hands-on application support with longer-term systems improvements and project delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience supporting WMS, TMS, ERP logistics modules or related supply-chain applications.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, transportation management, order fulfillment, inventory movement, shipping, receiving and distribution.
• Experience with system configuration, production support, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to gather business requirements, document workflows, develop functional specifications and support testing.
• Experience partnering with logistics operations, IT teams, business stakeholders and external vendors.
• Strong communication, documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Parsippany, NJ.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on Softeon experience.
• Experience with Shipwell, Gnosis, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, HighJump/K rber or another major WMS/TMS platform.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or another major ERP platform.
• Knowledge of EDI transactions, carrier interfaces, 3PL integrations, barcode/RF processes and shipping compliance.
• Experience with WMS/TMS integrations, APIs, reporting and operational data flows.
• Experience supporting multi-site logistics operations or coordinating cross-regional/offshore teams.
• Familiarity with logistics dashboards, KPIs, data analysis and continuous-improvement methodologies.
