Job Description Job Description Physical Therapist Inabia is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our Rehab Therapy team in Alaska. This role focuses on providing high-quality home health physical therapy services to patients within Anchorage and Eagle River. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, clinically skilled, and comfortable working independently in a home health setting. Key Responsibilities Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in their homes in accordance with physician orders and established care plans Evaluate patients’ functional abilities, mobility, strength, and balance Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and improve quality of life Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and home programs Accurately document visits, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with company and regulatory standards Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members Schedule & Workload Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Visits: Average of 5–6 patient visits per day Start Date: Flexible; must be able to start no later than February 16 Powered by JazzHR ZWYemgq7ph
