Must-Have:
- Interpretation of dysrhythmias
- Management of dysrhythmias
- Telemetry experience


Description:
RTO after booking is not allowed and cannot be worked out onsite.
Any call-offs or additional RTO on the unit could possibly result in cancellation.
Unit will accept first-time travelers.
Local candidates will be accepted with a rate difference.
Patient ratios are 5:1, with the ability to run 1 over grid to 6:1.
36 hours can be offered during the contract.
Floating is required as needed within the service line.
Weekend requirement is 3 weekends (a total of 6 weekend shifts between Saturday and Sundays) every 6 weeks.
Patient population includes pulmonary and general medical patients.
Patients may have longer lengths of stay, trach patients, COPD, and asthma.
The unit supports special procedures for pulmonary patients including trach care, chest tubes, and non-invasive airway management.
No vented patients will be assigned to this unit.
The unit utilizes EPIC, PYXIS, and SBAR systems for charting and patient care.
Scrubs are not provided; navy blue and white combinations are allowable.
Candidates must pass EKG testing prior to the start of this specialty.
All testing must be completed within 48 hours.
Travel pairs are allowed but must be disclosed.
Floating candidates must be open to floating within or near the facility per job description.
References can be pending at submission.
Modules required are non-billable with an expectation of 2-10 hours.
