Nurse Manager of Telemetry

Riverside Community Hospital

Riverside Community Hospital seeks a Nurse Manager of Telemetry to lead a busy cardiac monitoring unit. You will oversee day-to-day operations, staffing, and clinical practice while ensuring high-quality, safe patient care. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring telemetry nursing staff, coordinating patient flow, managing budgets and resources, and supporting evidence-based protocols. You will collaborate with physicians, educators, and Riverland Community College faculty to support student learning, staff development, and quality improvement initiatives that advance community-focused healthcare outcomes.
