Nurse Manager

Riverside Community Hospital

Riverside Community Hospital seeks a Nurse Manager of PACU to lead peri-anesthesia nursing services. This role oversees daily PACU operations, staffing, and patient flow while ensuring evidence-based, safe recovery care for post-operative patients. The Nurse Manager mentors and evaluates PACU nurses, coordinates with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and educators, and supports clinical training for students. Responsibilities include quality improvement, regulatory compliance, scheduling, budgeting input, patient experience initiatives, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture aligned with community-focused care and education.
