Branch Manager

Industry: Crushing, Screening & Environmental Capital Equipment Start Date: Immediate Package: $90,000 - $135,000 + branch performance bonus + company vehicle + benefits Kane Selection Ltd is representing a nationally recognised material processing and environmental equipment dealer operating across 14 states. The business represents internationally recognised manufacturers across crushing, screening, recycling and environmental equipment, including crushers, screens, shredders, grinders, trommels and wash plants. Our client is now looking for a Branch Manager to take full responsibility for its Iowa operation. This is an established branch with an existing customer base across aggregates, recycling, organics, construction and material processing. The Opportunity This is a hands‑on branch leadership role with responsibility for the full operation. You will oversee sales, rentals, parts, service, people and branch performance, while remaining close to customers and the day‑to‑day running of the business. You will: Take ownership of branch sales, rental, parts and service performance Manage the branch P&L and deliver agreed financial and productivity targets Lead a team across sales, field service, shop service, parts and administration Maintain strong relationships with key customers across the territory Support the sales team on major opportunities and strategic accounts Recruit and develop employees as the branch grows Work closely with senior leadership on performance, challenges and opportunities Maintain a visible, hands‑on presence across the branch and customer base Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone with: A strong background within a crushing, screening, environmental, construction or heavy equipment dealership Previous experience managing a branch, department or major function within a dealer environment Responsibility for commercial, operational or financial performance with measurable results Experience managing technicians, salespeople, parts staff and administrative teams Good working knowledge of heavy equipment, service operations and the customers who buy and rent it Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand branch performance and P&L Confidence dealing directly with customers and supporting major commercial conversations A practical, organised and hands‑on approach to management Based in Iowa, or willingness to relocate Key Responsibilities Deliver branch revenue, profitability and productivity targets Oversee sales, rental, parts and service activity Ensure work orders are opened, completed and billed accurately and on time Maintain operational readiness across the branch, yard and rental fleet Ensure equipment and facilities are maintained to the required standard Manage staffing levels, recruitment, development and performance Ensure employees complete required safety and technical training Maintain high standards of health, safety and compliance Ensure administrative processes are completed accurately and on time Monitor branch performance and report clearly to senior leadership Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer service and commercial performance If you are currently leading a sales, service, parts or operational department within an equipment dealer and are ready to take responsibility for the whole branch, we would like to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Kane Selection Ltd
