Client Service Associate

to work closely with the financial planner and help deliver an outstanding client experience. Key Responsibilities Serve as a professional and friendly point of contact for clients. Respond to routine client phone calls and emails. Schedule meetings and manage the firm's calendar. Assist with new-client onboarding, paperwork, and account-opening processes. Coordinate routine client service requests and follow up with custodians and other providers. Prepare meeting materials and assist with post-meeting follow-up. Maintain accurate client files, CRM information, and records. Assist with workflow, administrative, billing, and compliance-related tasks. Learn and utilize the firm's technology, CRM, financial planning, and custodial systems. Help identify ways to improve efficiency and organization. Maintain strict confidentiality of client financial and personal information. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Highly organized and detail-oriented. Able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Comfortable learning new technology and systems. Trustworthy and discreet with confidential information. Interested in growing with a small but expanding financial planning practice. Financial-services experience is preferred but not required.

Experience in financial planning, wealth management, insurance, client service, office administration, or another professional-services environment is a plus. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required for the right candidate. Growth Opportunity This position is designed for someone who wants to
