Jones Networking is recruiting a Temporary Bilingual Receptionist to join a law firm in Charlotte, NC, to provide maternity leave coverage. The schedule is 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Position Summary for the Bilingual Legal Receptionist:

• Greet visitors and provide a professional, welcoming first impression.

• Answer and screen incoming calls in a fast-paced office environment.

• Deliver excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and callers.

• Prepare mailings and marketing materials.

• Sort incoming mail and prepare outgoing correspondence.

• Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals.

• Organize client files, including medical records and bills.

• Maintain organized paper and electronic filing systems. xhyhwjd

• File, copy, scan, and manage legal documents.

Qualifications Summary for the Bilingual Legal Receptionist:

• At least 1 year of front desk and/or administrative experience in a professional office environment

• Fluency in both Spanish and English, including speaking, reading, and writing

• Strong customer service and telephone communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Experience organizing and maintaining legal files and documents

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology

• High school diploma or equivalent required
