Job Summary:

Provides overall leadership and management of the contracted effort while serving as the primary point of contact with Government stakeholders and overseeing contract performance and resource management.

Essential Duties:

Acts as the overall lead for the contracted effort
Acts as manager for the contracted effort
Acts as administrator for the contracted effort
Serves as the primary interface with Government program authorities
Serves as the primary point of contact on technical issues
Serves as the primary point of contact on program and project issues
Oversees contractor execution of contract requirements
Manages acquisition of program and project resources
Manages employment of program and project resources

Education:

MA/MSdegree

Experience:

More than 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description
Desired: 5 years of experience supporting NAVAIR

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:

Ability to lead and manage contract efforts
Ability to oversee contract performance
Ability tointerface withGovernment personnel
Ability to manage personnel and resources
Ability to address technical and programmatic issues
