Public Relations Assistant

The Public Relations Assistant will support the planning and execution of communication initiatives designed to enhance the organization's public image and strengthen relationships with key audiences. Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of public relations campaigns and communication initiatives. Draft, edit, and proofread press releases, announcements, newsletters, and other communication materials. Support media outreach efforts and maintain positive relationships with media contacts and stakeholders. Coordinate promotional activities, events, and community engagement initiatives. Monitor media coverage and compile reports on public relations activities and campaign performance. Assist with the preparation of presentations, briefing materials, and corporate communications. Maintain accurate records of media contacts, press materials, and communication projects. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication efforts. Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general business software. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
