Supply Chain SpecialistLocation(s): Tampa, FL, US, 33605 Charlotte, NC, US, 28216 Function: Supply Chain Audience: Experienced Professional Work Arrangement: HybridPurpose Of The JobThe Supply Chain Specialist supports the Supply Chain CI Leader in executing continuous improvement, digital-transformation, reporting, and planning-process initiatives across the Doors Supply Chain organization. The role works with Planning, Operations, Customer Service, Logistics, IT, Finance, and Enterprise Supply Chain partners to coordinate project activities, analyze data, document processes, support system deployments, and reinforce standard work. The position helps convert improvement priorities into practical deliverables, including reporting solutions, process maps, training materials, testing support, issue tracking, and implementation follow-through. Success is reflected in disciplined project execution, reliable analysis, effective adoption support, reduced manual effort, stronger process consistency, and timely completion of assigned workstreams.Job ResponsibilitiesExecute continuous improvement workstreams (30%) Support the Supply Chain CI Leader in assessing, prioritizing, and executing process-improvement opportunities across planning, inventory management, customer service, manufacturing, and logistics. Collect and analyze process data, document current-state performance, and assist with root-cause analysis and structured problem solving. Develop and maintain process maps, standard work, control plans, action trackers, and other sustainment documentation. Coordinate assigned improvement actions and follow up with owners to support timely completion and issue resolution. Monitor results and help identify opportunities to improve service, inventory, productivity, planning effectiveness, process consistency, and organizational efficiency.Support digital supply chain transformation (25%) Assist with business deployment and adoption activities related to Kinaxis Maestro, SAP, Snowflake, reporting modernization, analytics, automation, and future digital supply chain capabilities. Support process design, business-readiness assessments, testing, data validation, defect tracking, issue resolution, and implementation planning. Coordinate meetings, actions, dependencies, decisions, and status updates across business, IT, and enterprise transformation teams. Document business requirements, test results, user feedback, risks, and unresolved issues for review by the Supply Chain CI Lead. Provide post-implementation support, track adoption concerns, and help transition new capabilities into sustainable business routines.Develop reporting, analytics, and decision support (20%) Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI scorecards, recurring reports, and analytical tools that support supply chain decision making. Gather, validate, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities. Automate or streamline manual reporting and data-preparation activities where practical. Translate defined business requirements into clear reports, visualizations, and decision-support materials. Maintain reporting documentation, data definitions, refresh procedures, and quality checks to support accuracy and continuity.Support documentation, training, and change adoption (15%) Create and update training materials, user guides, process maps, standard work, operating procedures, and knowledge resources. Coordinate training sessions, workshops, office hours, and user-support activities led by the Supply Chain CI Lead or other subject-matter experts. Support onboarding and capability development for planners and supply chain professionals. Gather user feedback, track adoption barriers, and coordinate follow-up actions to improve usability and compliance. Maintain project plans, action logs, risk and issue trackers, decision records, milestone updates, and implementation checklists. Prepare meeting materials, status summaries, dashboards, and executive-ready updates for review by the Supply Chain CI Lead. Coordinate stakeholder meetings, governance reviews, testing activities, readiness assessments, and implementation follow-up. Escalate emerging risks, missed commitments, data-quality concerns, and unresolved dependencies promptly.Job RequirementsMinimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, operations, business, information systems, analytics, or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. At least 3 years of experience in supply chain, operations, planning, analytics, continuous improvement, project coordination, reporting, or business transformation. Experience analyzing data, documenting processes, coordinating projects, or supporting process-improvement initiatives. Experience using ERP, advanced planning, reporting, analytics, or workflow tools in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Demonstrated ability to organize work, manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly, and follow through on commitments.Preferred Experience Experience supporting S&OP, S&OE, integrated business planning, demand planning, supply planning, or inventory planning processes. Experience with Kinaxis Maestro, SAP, Snowflake, Power BI, Power Platform, Alteryx, or comparable supply chain technology platforms. Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, project-management, analytics, or change-management training or certification. Experience supporting system implementations, testing, data validation, reporting development, business readiness, or user adoption. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a multi-site manufacturing or distribution network.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Working knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory management, forecasting, manufacturing operations, and business processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize data, identify patterns, and convert findings into clear actions. Proficiency in reporting, data visualization, spreadsheets, and presentation tools, with attention to accuracy and usability. Strong project-coordination, documentation, facilitation, and organizational skills. Clear written and verbal communication, including concise updates on progress, risk, decisions, dependencies, and required actions. Ability to create process maps, standard work, user documentation, training materials, and structured project records. Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-moving environment while maintaining disciplined follow-through. Collaborative, service-oriented mindset with the confidence to ask questions, surface issues, and work across functions.
