Electrical Supervisor

We're searching for an Electrical Supervisor, someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you'll lead a team of electricians and electrician helpers as they complete electrical installations for industrial packaging. You'll also work closely with production, project management and quality in collaboration to improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue/profit for the company.

• Leads and manages a team of electricians, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and evaluating performance
• Coordinates and oversees electrical installations, repairs, and other projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Ensures compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines, promoting a safe working environment for the team
• Follows all quality standards and holds team accountable to quality targets
• Completes all necessary inspection checklists and documentation and records any issues found and the corrective actions taken

• High school diploma or related equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, technical certification, or related equivalent experience preferred
• 3+ years of demonstrated maintenance or electrical experience required
• Manufacturing leadership preferred
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings required
• Proficient skills in using electrical tools, equipment, and diagnostic devices required
• Deep understanding of the manufacturing business required
• Detailed understanding of financial and operational metrics and the ability to impact them required
• Ability to maintain relationships with diverse groups, including vendors, customers, and employees required

• Majority of time is spent standing/walking
• Willing to work in extreme weather conditions and around loud noises
• Will require appropriate Personal Protection Equipment to be worn
• Typically requires travel 10% of the time
