Sales Administrator - 408294 (Little Falls)

The company specializes in developing scalable software platforms, cloud-based services, and data-driven tools that enable clients to modernize workflows and stay competitive in rapidly changing markets. Our client is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team. Salary/Hourly Rate $20/hr - $25/hr Position Overview The Sales Administrator will support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, helping ensure smooth sales operations and excellent customer service. This is a junior-level role suitable for someone early in their career, with opportunities to learn and grow within the sales function. Responsibilities Of The Sales Administrator
- Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and basic contracts.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate data entry.
- Support tracking sales leads and following up on basic inquiries.
- Prepare simple sales reports and summaries, including weekly and monthly reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Finance and Operations, on order status and delivery.
- Handle routine customer inquiries via email and phone, escalating issues when needed.
- Organize and maintain sales documents, files, and templates.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, calls, and demos for sales representatives.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Event planning and coordination experience.
- Knowledge of procurement and budget management processes.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Coursework or training in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
