Retail Sales Associate

Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) Pay range: $15.00 to $16.50 per hour, based on experience. This role offers a fast‑paced retail environment with the opportunity to grow into higher positions such as Lead Pawnbroker, Assistant Manager and beyond. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, interacting in person and on the phone. Process sales, loans, and extensions. Perform opening and closing store duties. Assist customers in reaching mutually satisfying agreements on pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Customer service, cashier, or retail experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to multitask. Pass a criminal background check and drug test (after a conditional offer). Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations. Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus. Sales background, a plus. Bilingual, a plus. Apply for an Assistant Manager position, which includes a 6‑month training program to acquire the skills to run your own store.
