Training Associate Training Associate is responsible for training and developing hourly teammates and supporting the warehouse within their department. When not training, they follow their departments associate job description. Responsibilities Conduct new hire training on the floor. Implement different training methods where applicable. Identify targeted re-training opportunities based on Quality Audit results. Train to work instructions and translate documented processes into repeatable tasks with consistency. Valid Driver's License. Demonstrated leadership capabilities. Minimum 1 year experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting. Prior experience training others. Demonstrates effective communication skills at all levels within the warehouse.
