Job Duties

• Communicate shipment updates and special handling requirements to operations and sales teams.
• Provide customers with timely and accurate shipment status updates.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries regarding shipment tracking, routing, delivery status, and charges.
• Coordinate with customers and the sales team to develop customer-specific standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Follow up on sales leads generated from daily shipment activity and quotes.
• Assist with preparing customer quotes and providing outstanding customer support.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication across departments.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the ground logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding industry is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
