Our organization is in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to become part of a well-established practice located in Ankeny, Iowa !

Job Opportunity Overview

• Outpatient-focused practice
• Collaborate with a team comprising 2 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers (APPs)
• 36 hours dedicated to patient contact
• On-call rotation of 1 in 8
• Access to a clinic chronic care coordination team and behavioral health support services
• On-site X-ray and laboratory services available
• Utilization of EPIC for electronic medical records (EMR)
• H1B visa candidates are encouraged to apply

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of $290,100
• Recruitment bonus of $150,000
• Relocation assistance up to $15,000
• Annual continuing medical education (CME) allowance of $6,000
• Malpractice insurance coverage with tail coverage included
• Retirement plans (403B with matching contributions + 457B)
• 31 days of paid time off annually
• Benefits commence on the first day of employment
