Our organization is in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to become part of our expanding practice located in Pleasant Hill, Iowa!
Job Opportunity Highlights- Team of 11 providers, including 5 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers (APPs)
- Outpatient-focused call schedule that promotes a balanced lifestyle
- Supportive and knowledgeable staff familiar with our patients
- On-site moderate complexity laboratory and general X-ray services
- Utilization of EPIC for electronic medical records (EMR)
- Access to local and regional specialists
- Onsite Behavioral Health Counselor available
- Welcoming H1B candidates
- Base salary of $290,000 with a two-year income guarantee plus production incentives
- Recruitment bonus of $150,000
- Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance of $6,000
- Relocation assistance up to $15,000
- Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program
- Comprehensive malpractice coverage with tail coverage included
