Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician
Our organization is on the lookout for a Family Medicine Physician to become part of our expanding practice in collaboration with the Adair County Health System. Located near Des Moines and surrounding areas, ACHS is recognized for its strong community-oriented healthcare approach. This role offers a chance to make a significant difference while enjoying the welcoming small-town atmosphere of Greenfield and Stuart.
Position Highlights:- Join a dedicated team consisting of one Physician and three Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
- Manage an average patient load of 18-24 individuals per day.
- Enjoy a 4-day work week.
- Provide care to patients across all age groups.
- Practice mix includes continuity of care, pediatrics, and nursing home services.
- Optional coverage for emergency department and inpatient services.
- Outpatient-focused lifestyle with a manageable on-call schedule.
- Base Salary: $290,000.
- Incentives based on production and non-production metrics.
- Commencement Bonus: $150,000.
- Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance of $6,000.
- Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
- 403(b) retirement plan with matching contributions.
