Bookkeeper and Payroll Specialist

Salary: Up to $30/hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper and Payroll Specialist:
Maintain bookkeeping records for multiple business clients
Record and categorize financial transactions
Reconcile bank, credit card, loan, and merchant accounts
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting schedules
Support payroll, sales tax, and 1099-related activities
Qualifications for the Bookkeeper and Payroll Specialist:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, or related field, or equivalent coursework/certification
2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience
Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting platforms
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, or eBay
