Overview: Description :
- We are seeking a Slack IT Engineer with deep expertise in Slack administration, automation, and API development to enhance collaboration and productivity within our enterprise organization.
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing Slack at scale, designing secure and compliant solutions, and leveraging AI-driven automation to optimize workflows.
- You will collaborate with IT, security, and engineering teams to build and maintain a robust Slack ecosystem, integrating it with other enterprise systems and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- What you'll do Administer and optimize Slack for a large organization, ensuring security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Develop governance frameworks to manage Slack workspaces and enforce enterprise policies.
- Build and deploy Slack-based automation using APIs, bots, and AI-driven solutions to enhance team collaboration.
- Integrate Slack with enterprise systems, third-party tools, and internal applications.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to implement scalable and secure Slack solutions.
- Lead cross-functional projects from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends in collaboration technology, AI automation, and Slack development best practices.
- What were looking for5 years of experience in enterprise Slack administration, including security, compliance, and governance.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, etc.) with a strong understanding of API development and integration.
- Experience with agent-based automation and AI-driven strategies within Slack to improve productivity.
- Strong understanding of API design principles and experience integrating Slack with enterprise applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and ability to drive innovation in collaboration technologies.
- Preferred Qualifications Experience implementing AI-driven automation in Slack .
- Familiarity with enterprise IT security and compliance requirements related to collaboration tools.
- Strong scripting skills for automation and workflow optimization.
