Quality Inspector

Ready to put your attention to detail to work? Nesco Resource is hiring a Quality Inspector for a growing client in the North Royalton area. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in ensuring products meet top-quality standards before they reach customers. What You'll Do

• Perform product inspections and line audits to maintain high standards
• Verify operator inspection sheets for accuracy and completeness
• Conduct material audits and inspect incoming and outgoing products
• Use tools like calipers and height gauges to measure and evaluate parts
• Approve or reject products based on established quality criteria
• Record inspection results and maintain detailed quality logs
• Identify trends and support continuous improvement efforts
• Assist in training new team members on quality procedures
• Provide guidance on quality alerts, standards, and best practices
• Coordinate and perform product rework when needed
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to quality policies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and standard procedures

What You Bring

• 13 years of quality inspection experience (preferred)
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in machining or plastic injection molding (a plus)
• Familiarity with measurement tools and quality control processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to pass a preemployment screening

Shift: 1st Salary: $20-$25
