Quality Technician

Qualifications Prior experience performing quality activities in a manufacturing or industrial environment Hands-on experience working on the production line Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, dial bores, snap gauges Proficiency in data tracking and ERP systems for materials/returns Position Overview Insight Global is seeking a Quality Technician for one of our largest clients based in Cleveland, OH. This role supports quality inspections, documentation, and MRB processes in a fast-paced production environment. The technician will work closely with a team of 12+ and play a key role in maintaining high standards for incoming materials and finished products. The ideal candidate is hands-on, coachable, and comfortable using precision tools and data systems to ensure compliance and drive quality improvements. Key Responsibilities Receiving inspection Final dock audit Routine lab testing Product nonconformance reporting/resolution Corrective action support Gage care and maintenance as directed Perform measurement and testing procedures accurately Work independently without direct supervision Able to perform multiple tasks through to completion Assist in the timely resolution of nonconformance issues Timely and detailed communication to supervision and management (written and verbal) Other activities that support the overall quality system #J-18808-Ljbffr
