Contractors would need to attend training and those will be Full time hours for 4 weeks./ppHandles customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, internet or written correspondence. Customer inquiries are of basic and routine nature./ppAnswers questions and resolves issues based on phone calls/letters from members, providers, and brokers./ppTriages resulting rework to appropriate staff. Documents and tracks contacts with members, providers and brokers./ppExplains members policy benefits and coordination with Medicare/ppHandle complaints (member/provider), via relevant recording/reporting system/ppEnsures compliance with requirements of regional compliance authority/Medicare/ppDetermines applicable coverage provisions and verifies member plan eligibility/ppPerforms review of member claim history to ensure accurate tracking of benefit maximums and/or coinsurance/deductible. Performs financial data analysis as necessary./ppUses applicable system tools and resources to produce quality letters and spreadsheets in response to inquiries received/ppAdheres to international privacy policies, practices and procedures/ppThe hours may vary. The call center is open from 7 am to 8 pm Central Time. These PART TIME shifts would 4 or 5 hours between 8 am and 1 pm./ppHandles customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, internet or written correspondence./ppCustomer inquiries are of basic and routine nature./ppPotentially temp to hire* Typing test/computer skills testing REQUIRED/ppCSR must be able to type 30-35 WPM.
